Your donations and patronage of WINS Thrift Stores can help transform the lives of women and their families. WINS gratefully accepts many different donated items to be sold in our Stores. We strive to offer the best quality merchandise as possible so we do request that donated items be gently used and in good condition, for example no stains, rips, tears, or missing or broken pieces. Unfortunately, we are not able to sell items that are in poor condition due to health and safety reasons.

You can donate directly to any of our four Thrift Stores.

We do ask that you drop off donations during the hours specified. For health and safety reasons we are unable to use any items that are left outside of the designated hours.
Pick Up Service
If you are unable to drop off your donation at a WINS Thrift Store during store hours, a free pick-up service operates Monday through Saturday, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
For all pick-up requests, we ask that you have a minimum of 10 large bags or boxes of goods. We also ask that you provide us with a detailed list of the items to be picked up with quantity of items and description.
To ensure that your pick-up goes as quickly and smoothly as possible, we ask that you have your items ready for us:
- All clothing and housewares bagged or boxed
- Beds dismantled (with smaller pieces such as nuts, bolts and legs bagged or taped together so they don't get lost)
- Mirrors removed from dressers (with smaller pieces bagged or taped together)
- Items grouped on the main floor of your home (if possible) if you will be there to greet us
- Items neatly grouped on your driveway if you will not be home. Please cover your items so that they won't be damaged by bad weather.
Your cooperation in this would be much-appreciated and would help us be able to serve other donors quickly and efficiently as well. Thank you!
We are currently scheduling pick ups 2 to 4 weeks in advance, depending upon the area of the city. We appreciate your patience and understanding and apologize for the delay. If this time frame is not suitable, please call 211 to be referred to another agency that might be able use your donation.

Please note that our pick-up drivers may have to decline items due to size or condition of item(s). They may also have to decline items if there are more than what was originally stated, due to limited carrying capacity within our trucks.
